About this result
The FBiH model requires indefinite employment, at least two continuous years and employer termination other than employee breach. Agreements and other termination grounds may create different entitlements. Tax treatment is not calculated.
Full disclaimerHow is severance pay calculated in FBiH?
For FBiH the calculator multiplies the average monthly salary of the last three months by a third of the completed years with the employer, up to six average salaries. For example, 10 years with an average of 1,500 KM gives 5,000 KM of severance. The model applies to an indefinite contract, at least two continuous years of work and termination by the employer that is not due to a breach by the employee. You can also enter the rule from another agreement, and tax is not calculated.
